The NFL owners had their annual meeting this Tuesday and the main topic of discussion was what to do with the lack of diversity in hiring minorities for head coaching positions and upper management roles. I give my thoughts and opinions about what can be done about improving the situation and giving my solution of what should be done. Former Carolina QB Cam Newton is still without a job in the NFL. Many people thought the LA Chargers would be the perfect fit, but they passed. I'll tell you why that was the right decision for LA.
